About Us
We provide both rec and competitive gymnastics classes for both girls AND boys! While many (most) gyms start competing at a very early level, we feel that focusing on skill progression lays a solid foundation for competive gymnastics down the road. Girls can choose to start competing once they reach Gold (similar to Level 4)! Boys can choose to start competing once they reach Level 4.
Our Story
Ryan & Darah both grew up doing (and loving) competitive gymnastics. This eventually lead both of them into cheerleading. They cheered together at Wichita State, got married, and had 5 awesome kiddos. Those awesome kiddos now also enjoy gymnastics! After spending many hours on the road traveling to other gyms and helping coach, they decided to invest in their back yard... and thus: Trinity Gymnastics!
